We may update Falculator from time to time to add new features, fix bugs, or improve performance. Updates may be automatically downloaded and installed on your device. You agree to accept such updates as part of your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or any features at any time without liability to you.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of Falculator.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
