1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the feeling.ai iOS application (“the App”), provided by Lei Wenbin. By using the App, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required.
2. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be legally able to accept these Terms. The App is not directed to children under 13. You may use the App only for lawful personal purposes and may not misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer it except where law permits, or use it to harm another person.
3. Health, safety, and assistant limitations
Health measurements, trends, BMI information, reminders, calculations, and assistant responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and are for general informational and organizational use only. Do not use the App to diagnose or treat a condition or as a substitute for qualified professional advice. For emergencies, contact local emergency services. Always verify critical alarms, medication information, calculations, and decisions independently.
4. Your content and device data
You remain responsible for content you enter or attach. You grant the App only the permissions needed to process that content on your device and provide requested features. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and for protecting access to your device.
5. Subscriptions
Optional paid ad-free access is offered through Apple as auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and Apple may charge the account within 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings and restore an active subscription in the App. Prices and features are displayed before purchase and may vary by region. Apple handles billing and eligible refunds under its policies.
6. Advertising and third-party services
The free tier may display non-personalized advertising. The App also relies on Apple, Firebase, and AdMob services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and availability. We are not responsible for third-party content or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual property
The App, branding, interface, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s rules.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or service. Material changes become effective as permitted by law.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, missed reminders, or decisions made using the App. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
10. Termination and governing law
You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict use for serious or repeated violations of these Terms. These Terms are governed by applicable law, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
